BBQ Chicken Cauliflower Crust Pizza

A gluten-free, delicious, and healthy alternative to one of America’s favorite dishes. A crispy cauliflower crust topped with shredded BBQ chicken, vegetables, cheese, and a drizzle of ranch. This recipe comes together in less than 30 minutes for an ideal weeknight meal.
1 cauliflower pizza crust from Caulipowered
Preheat oven according to Caulipowered box instructions. You can find these crusts at almost any grocery store in the freezer section. Feel free to substitute the brand if Caulipowered is unavailable.
Heat up a pan with olive oil, and cook the chicken with salt and pepper. Put aside and shred, then transfer it back into the pan with your favorite BBQ sauce. Toss well and put aside.
Top your pizza with a few spoons of BBQ sauce and spread evenly. Add your choice of shredded cheese. Then top with the shredded chicken, sliced green peppers, and red onions.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until crust turns golden brown and cheese is completed melted. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Top with a drizzle of BBQ sauce, ranch, and fresh cilantro.
