We live in a time where it’s important to juggle work, live healthily and try to maintain a social life. Often times I work late hours, schedule a workout class for after work and then hit the bar with my girls with no time to go home and change in between. But how can one dress to be ready to do both without lugging around a suitcase? Many retail companies offer an assortment of clothing options that fit for all three occasions. Brands like Athleta, Lululemon, and Alo have all built a sort of a studio-to-street assortment that makes it easier for the customer to transition from your soul cycle class to the bar effortlessly and still look chic.
