Are you tired of doing the same thing at the gym every time you go? Or do you feel completely clueless? Spice up your gym routine with this targeted glute workout that’ll leave you with a butt like Kim Kardashian.
Sometimes it can be difficult targeting the glutes and figuring out how to make them grow, especially for individuals who have desk jobs or don’t actively use their glute muscles on a day-to-day basis. Below are a few exercises that will work your glutes!

Stair Master Kicks
Complete these exercises once to twice a week for some delicious booty gains! Don’t forget to always squeeze your glutes at the top! You can complete each exercise for 5 sets of 15 repetitions. Once you get the form down, don’t be afraid to add on more weight! Heavyweight is really what helps the muscle grow!
Lastly, don’t forget that results take time! It will take at least around 4 weeks of consistency and a clean diet to see results and to see your muscles grow. The best way to tell whether something is working or not is by taking progress pictures, because when you put the picture side by side, you will be able to gauge whether a routine is working for you or not.
